My Favourite Fragrance

I have never been
one to swap and change which perfume I select each day. However, over the past
few years I unknowingly began collecting a bunch of cheap fragrances, none of
which I was entirely drawn to. Then, a few months ago I was cleaning out my room
and decided to get rid of the majority of my perfume collection. Many were
almost empty, some I hadn't wore in years and the others were surely expired.
For the next few weeks I was on the search for a new signature fragrance; I was
willing to splurge as I was only on the hunt for one. And I found it!
Honestly, I was
first drawn to the Chloé Eau de Parfum because of the beautiful packaging. The
softly curved glass bottle is topped with plated-silver which is embellished
with the Chloe brand name. The bottle is also hand tied with a pink ribbon.
Overall, the packaging is simple and elegant.
Then,
once I sprayed it I was certain this was the one I wanted. It is described as a
'fresh, smooth floral fragrance that evokes sublime powdery rose' and I
defiantly agree. The top notes of pink peony, freesia and lychee is what makes
the fragrance so fresh, feminine and chic. You only need one or two sprays and
it lasts all day and its not overpowering which I love. My favourite thing
about this perfume is its versatility. I use it on a laid back day, for work
and also on a special night out. It's great for all occasions.
